Independence and sponsorship

GoutMarket is built for people with gout, and their trust comes first. When trust and revenue conflict, trust wins. These six rules hold on every page.

1. Medical backing sets the order. Products are ranked by their gout rating, never by commission.
2. Sponsored products must clear the same bar. A brand can pay for a placement only if its product already rates Good (A or B), or Moderate evidence or better for a supplement. If the rating drops, the placement ends.
3. Sponsored is always labeled. A sponsored product sits in its own slot marked "Sponsored", never inside our ranked picks, at most one per page. It still appears in the ranking at whatever position it earns.
4. Money never changes a grade. A product's grade is the same with or without a sponsor, an affiliate link, or any link at all.
5. The health answer is free. No grade, reason or source sits behind a paywall or an account.
6. We show the work. Every grade shows its reasons, its GoutSafe source, its label date and how confident it is.

How we make money
