Foods to avoid with gout

Ranked worst-first by how much purine a real serving delivers. One serving of the heaviest hitters can spend most of a day's purine budget on its own. Here's how much.

We follow the cohorts on juice because incident gout, not fasting urate, is the outcome in question.
